Terms & Conditions

This website, wgo-audit.com (and brand.wgo-audit.com), is operated by Benoît H. Dicaire to present the open-source WGO project. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The website is informational
The content here — descriptions, documentation links, and brand material — is provided for general information about the WGO project. Reading it, or writing to us, does not create any professional, advisory, or contractual relationship.
The software is separate, and it is yours to run
WGO the tool is not a hosted service. You install it and run it yourself, in your own environment and your own AI account (such as Codex or Claude). We do not operate it for you, see what it processes, or receive its output.
- The tool, and this website’s own source, are distributed under the MIT licence. Your rights and obligations for the code are the ones that licence grants.
- You are responsible for how you run WGO: the environment you point it at, the AI account you use, the costs that account may incur, and any action you take based on its findings. WGO surfaces evidence and preserves uncertainty; the decisions remain yours.
Intellectual property
Except where a licence says otherwise, the text and design of this website are the work of Benoît H. Dicaire. The WGO name, wordmark, and evidence-target mark are covered by the brand standards. Source code linked from this site is governed by the open-source licence in its own repository, which these terms do not override.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party destinations such as GitHub. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty; limitation of liability
This website and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The same applies to the WGO tool and any code, command, or example referenced here: we do not warrant that it is free of errors, omissions, or vulnerabilities. You assume full responsibility for anything you run or deploy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benoît H. Dicaire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, the WGO tool, or any code referenced here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Montreal, Quebec.
